Clarity Creative is led by Kate Varghese, an award-winning creative director and content strategist who has spent her entire career in social impact communications—and absolutely nothing else. Truly nothing. Like, at all.

Kate has built and driven communications strategies for UN agencies, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundationcharity: waterEvery Mother Counts, the Rockefeller Foundation, and dozens of grassroots organizations worldwide. Her work has spanned brand creation, issue-based storytelling, digital strategy, advocacy campaigns, and impact reporting. She founded Clarity Creative on a simple observation: the organizations doing the most important work are almost always the worst at talking about it. Not because they lack talent, but because they lack the strategic infrastructure to make their story travel.
